A SCHEDULED OUTAGE WITH ADOBE IS GOING TO TAKE PLACE NEXT WEEK. FILES STORED IN ADOBE CLOUD WILL NEED TO be backed up IN PREPARATION AND ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD PROGRAMS WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE DURING THE MIGRATION PROCESS.

Scheduled Service Outage – Adobe Migration

Description: There will be a planned outage of Adobe next week to migrate users due to a change in licensing agreement. This will affect all staff and students who use the Adobe Create Cloud programs using their Tyndale account.

Start Time: Start of Week 2. Exact time and date will be updated when officially scheduled with Adobe Support.

Planned Outage Duration: half to full day. An update will be provided when Adobe services are back up.

Impact

  • All files stored in your 'Creative Cloud' account will be erased.
    • This is the cloud storage option provided by Adobe to store files. If you have any files stored here, please back them up in your Google Drive or on your local drives.
    • If you are a class teacher of students who use the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, please remind them to back up their works if stored on Adobe Cloud.
  • Programs running on from the Creative Cloud suite will not work during the migration. (Some staff may already have access issues to Creative Cloud)

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this scheduled outage. For further information please contact Tyndale IT on extension: 820 or email: it@tyndale.edu.au
