AN UNSCHEDULED OUTAGE WITH THE Tyndale network is currently taking place.  Almost all services are unavailable.

 

Unscheduled Service Outage – Network and Internet

  

Description: Currently all users on campus will be unable to access nearly all network services including internet, MyTyndale, email, copiers, wifi. Phones are still working internally, however, you will be unable to make or receive external calls.

 

Location: This occurs across Tyndale Christian School and will affect the following locations: 

  • Entire campus

Start Time: 7am Tuesday 1 February

 

Unplanned Outage Duration: Unknown

 

Impact: All services are unavailable including: 


  • WiFi access
  • Internet access
  • External phone calls
  • MyTyndale
  • PC School


You will still be able to access externally hosted services (like email and Google Drive) via a hotspot or using your phone.


We are currently investigating the cause of this outage and will provide an update by 9am.
