AN UNSCHEDULED OUTAGE WITH MYTYNDALE CLASS PAGES IS CURRENTLY TAKING PLACE STARTING AT MIDDAY, WEDNESDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER, 2021. SOME CLASS PAGES ARE NOT SHOWING TEACHERs OR STUDENTS.

 

Unscheduled Service Outage – MyTyndale Class Pages

  

Description: Some class pages on MyTyndale are not listing teachers and/or students. To verify if your class page is affected, please check your Class List and Class Teacher components. 

If you cannot see any listed users and the messages: 


then your class page is affected. If that is the case, please respond with your class name and the URL.

 

Location: This occurs across Tyndale Christian School and will affect the following locations: 

  • Year 7-12 class pages on MyTyndale

Start Time: midday, Wednesday 8th September, 2021

 

Unplanned Outage Duration: Unknown. The issue has been raised with Schoolbox Support which has been forward to the dev team for further investigation. Any updates will be communicated as soon as possible.

 

Impact

  • Students will be unable to view or complete due works for affected class pages
  • Teachers will be unable to mark assessment tasks via Markbook for affected class pages
  • Students and teachers should still be able to access the affected class pages and view lesson instructions, access files/shared docs and Google Meet links
