Unscheduled Service Outage – SSO SERVICE RESTORED


Description:  SSO service provider informed us that the issue has now been resolved with both staff and students being able to access 


LocationThis occurs across Tyndale Christian School. All users using SSO to login to the services ( except Google services) 

Start Time: 24th of September 2021 12:20 PM


Unplanned Outage Duration: 3 hours and 15 minutes


ImpactYou are unable to access My Tyndale, PCSchool Spider, Help desk ticketing, and EdSmart forms

However, users can access the Gmail, Shared drive ( Google Drive) and Google workplace services, and the VPN uses can access the Staffshare remotely.
