A SCHEDULED OUTAGE WITH MYTYNDALE CLASS PAGES IS GOING TO TAKE PLACE STARTING LATE AFTERNOON, FRIDAY 15TH OCTOBER, 2021. YEAR 12 CLASS PAGES WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE BY TEACHERS OR STUDENTS.

 

Scheduled Service Outage – MyTyndale Year 12 Class Pages

  

Description: There will be a planned rollover of the current Year 12 cohort in PCSchool which will affect access to class pages and timetables on MyTyndale. The outage time will be used to migrate the current Year 12 class pages to ensure that they will be still accessible when the Year 11 cohort rollover in week 4.

 

Location: This occurs across Tyndale Christian School and will affect the following locations: 

  • Year 12 class pages on MyTyndale

  • Year 12 student timetables on MyTyndale

Start Time: late afternoon, Friday 15th October, 2021. School Office will commence the rollover and dictate the start of the outage.

 

Planned Outage Duration: Approximately 2 hours. If the outage is completed early or delayed, it will be communicated.

 

Impact

  • Students and staff will be unable to access all Year 12 class pages
  • Year 12 students will be unable to view their timetable on MyTyndale
  • Staff will still be able to communicate with students via email and Google Meets
