AN UNSCHEDULED OUTAGE WITH INTERNET SERVICES IS CURRENTLY TAKING PLACE. 

 

Unscheduled Service Outage – Internet

  

Description: There is currently an unscheduled internet outage resulted in internet services being down whilst connected to the Tyndale network.

 

Location: This occurred across Tyndale Christian School and affected the following locations: 

  • Staff and students connected to the Tyndale network

Start Time: morning, Tuesday 2nd November, 2021

 

Unplanned Outage Duration: Ongoing; currently working in consultation with external engineers to resolve the issue.

 

Impact

  • Staff and students are unable to use/have unstable connection to internet related services whilst connected to the Tyndale network, including
    • access to websites
    • MyTyndale
    • PCSchool services
