AN UNSCHEDULED OUTAGE of network services in I block is currently ongoing
Unscheduled Service Outage – All Network/IT based service in I Block
Description: After today's storm, a surge from a lightning strike has destroyed the network switch in I Block. As a result all IT services (Wifi, printing, telephony, internet access, etc.) will be unavailable in I block for the duration of the outage.

Start Time: 7/12/2021 16:00
Unplanned Outage Duration: 22hrs but we will endeavor to have it ready sooner.
Impact: All IT services (Wifi, printing, telephony, internet access, etc.) will be unavailable in I block for the duration of the outage.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this unscheduled outage and understand that it is likely to have a significant impact to teaching and learning for those that use I Block.
The team has plans to restore services as soon as possible and we will keep you updated.
