Scanning a Document to Email 



  • Load the Document to be emailed in the scanner, using either the ADF unit or the scanner's flat bed.
  • Press the SCAN button on the control panel
  • E-mail will be highlighted, press the OK button.
  • The Add Destination will be highlights, click the OK button.
  • The To: field option will be highlighted, click the OK button
  • The Address Book option will be highlighted, click the OK button
  • Select your name from the address book using the up or down arrow keys and then click OK, if you need to select multiple addresses then continue to scroll and press the OK button, then click the right arrow key to complete the selection.
  • The Complete option will be highlighted, click the OK button

  • Now press the Mono or Color scan button depending on the scan type to start the scan.
